Market outreach event hosted more than 200 representatives

On 8th December 2016, we organised a first market outreach event for potential subcontractors. There was an impressive turnout of construction companies from Slovak and Czech republic joining the event, during which the D4R7 Construction s.r.o highlighted the key message to the local construction sector- the willingness to work jointly with the local supply chain in order to deliver the project on time and in high standards.

The interest rate of the D4R7 regular PPP payoffs decreased

Within the agreed PPP scheme, repayments for the D4R7 project will be significantly lower than previously expected, to be soften in almost 7%. Thanks to the positive situation on financial markets when closing the D4R7 contract between the Slovak republic and the concessionaire, the state has successfully managed to decrease the interest rate of the D4R7 regular payoffs, making the PPP project even more favourable.
