Essential duties and responsibilities:

- Administrative support of HR department
- Management of employee related information , administration work related to employment contracts, filing of HR documents
- Communication with newly hired employees, assistance with the on-boarding process
- Creating and checking of reports and data processing related to HR agenda
- Agenda related to incorporation of foreign employees – registration to labour inspectorate, health insurance, entry medical check-ups, assistance to foreign police registration
